aus den obengenannten Zutaten den jeweiligen Teig herstellen und in die mit Butter ausgefetteten Einmachgläser füllen. Dann das Backblech, das Tiefere, mit Wasser befüllen, Gläser drauf und bei 180 Grad
solange backen bis der Kuchen oben drauf braun ist, Stäbchenprobe nicht vergessen. Dann den Kuchen sofort aus dem Ofen nehmen und mit Gummi und Deckel schließen. Mit den Klämmerchen wird es dann Luftdicht und dadurch Haltbar. Insgsesammt habe ich aus beiden Rezepten 22 kleine Gläschen gebacken bekommen.
